Overview
Stohke was a social network whose aim was to bring the world's best brands, athletes and causes to your fingertips.

Challenge
Stohke started out as a basic AngularJS web app, but the founders wanted to grow it into a full‑blown social platform that would also run natively on iOS and Android.
Solution
I joined the project as a contractor and immediately began contributing to the first iteration of the AngularJS application. From there, I stepped into a leadership role:
- UI/UX Design – Crafted a modern, responsive visual language that could scale across devices.
- Front‑end Architecture – Re‑engineered the codebase into a modular, testable structure.
- Hybrid Mobile Strategy – Leveraged Cordova to package the web app for iOS and Android, adding native plugins where needed.
- Feature Roadmap – Defined and prioritized core social features (profiles, feeds, messaging) that would differentiate Stohke from competitors.

Outcome
The platform evolved from a simple app of curated photos & videos into a robust social network that launched on the Web, iOS, and Android. The new UI increased user engagement and adoption by 60 % in the first three months. While the hybrid app approach meant we could ship native apps quickly and without dedicated teams.
